Sterling #B32

I found my Sterling listed while I was in Iraq Sep09-Aug11. My wife went to look at it & test drive it. Most of the men in both our families have a mechanic's background & owning a 71' SB conv. she knew what to look for in a VW. she loaded the car on our trailer & had it home before my next R&R Feb11. From Feb11-Jul11 I had parts shipped to my home; Grant yellow/black "D" steering wheel, Skat racing bucket reclining seats yellow/black, drum to disk 4 wheel conv. with rotor blanks, Enkei 17" Spyder2 wrapped in Hankook Ventus V4 40series rubber, standard coil-overs. While on R&R in Jul11 I had the rotor CNCed(3times) to accommodate the 17s. Fabed new light covers out of lexan, installed the seats and steering wheel. I replaced the grant logo with a sterling logo. looks great. It came with a "GEX" 1776 twin. I have a T-4 Turbo to go on it. when the motor is finished I should be at 230-240HP. BTW stewart-warner gage cluster already in her. I have LED headlights coming as well as converting all the stock lights to LED.
